I started this blog a long time ago…before kids, before major family crises, before Trump, before COVID. Life was simple – for me (a white, privileged girl) – and I wasn’t tuned in to much of what was going on around me. My initial focus for this blog was on living a healthy lifestyle; however, the last 5+ years and my 40’s have somewhat affected my consistency in sticking to that goal. Nevertheless, I’ve decided to keep my old posts up and move forward as I am today…ever-evolving, striving to live in the present, and focused on creating a better world for my children and marginalized groups.
